Shipping

All product will be shipped by Canada Xpress post. Xpresspost is a shipping service that provides fast, guaranteed delivery within to 3 - 5 business days. Within Canada, parcels up to 4 lbs. are shipped at a flat rate of $10.00. For orders over 4 lbs., shipping is $15.00. International shipping charges vary. Customers will be informed as to how much they will be invoiced for shipping. Shipment of international orders may take up to 14 working days. Once an order has been placed you will receive an email confirming the order and the amount of payment within 48 hours. Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, money order or personal cheque. All payments will be cleared before product is shipped.

Handmade quality takes time. If an item is not in stock, it could take up to 4 weeks for your order to be shipped. We do our utmost to expedite every order, however, because each gown is handmade in our Langley studio, we cannot guarantee every order will be shipped immediately. Once an order is received, we will confirm a shipping date.

If you have a specific deadline, we will do everything we can to meet it. Please indicate your deadline request in the comments box provided on the Customer Information order form when placing your order. If you missed placing your request, please use this Order Update link to email us any special requests, along with the order number received at the time of your order. Our quality and unique heirloom garments are our legacy, and they are worth waiting for.
